How it works

Place your order using the form below. We'll let you know when your order is ready so you can pick up your fish and maple syrup. If you've ordered this season's catch, it is available for pick-up starting around the end of August.

5535 North Tischer Road in Lakewood Township. It's a long driveway but you get to see the sap harvest in action as you drive.

The 2022 maple syrup season was bountiful - there's plenty of fresh syrup waiting to be poured over pancakes.
